Villa Manka

Villa Manka, built in 2019, is located in a quiet, typical Istrian village Dolinci, just 1km from the sea. Through the years the village got an international character. Besides Croats, Istrian houses are inhabited by Slovenes, Germans and even English people.

The beach is reachable by bike, by car or you can walk (10 minutes) through a nice forest. In the neighbourhood there are farms where you are welcome to buy some products: fruits, vegetables, olive oil, wine. People are very nice and hospitable.

Villa Manka is a modern villa which offers three bedrooms and two bathrooms, a fully-equipped kitchen, lounge area with TV, an inside and outside dining table, a big terasse with an open view over the sea, a barbecue and a swimming pool.

The area is perfect for bikers and hikers. Not far from the village are the towns Umag, Novigrad, Vrsar, Poreč, Rovinj, Grožnjan with its famous jazz festival and many others. Towns are connected with a bike path. The nearest town Umag (5km from Dolinci) offers many good restaurants, sport equipment and in the summer time there are concerts and sport events.
